From July 12 to July 16, 2026, the Sicilian town will host Dolce & Gabbana Alta Sartoria Taormina, an exclusive celebration that will bring together distinguished guests, international media, and significant economic benefits for the local area.
The event will be produced by Balich Wonder Studio S.p.A., the renowned company specializing in large-scale international productions, on behalf of Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l.
Palazzo dei Congressi to Serve as the Event Headquarters
To support the extensive preparations, the Municipality of Taormina has approved the use of the Palazzo dei Congressi from July 4 to July 20, 2026.
The venue will accommodate the logistical operations and backstage facilities required to organize the prestigious fashion event.
The authorization was approved by the Municipal Executive and published together with the official request submitted by the organizing company.
Gala Evening at the Ancient Theatre on July 14
The highlight of the week will be the exclusive gala evening on July 14, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Ancient Theatre of Taormina, one of Sicily’s most iconic archaeological landmarks overlooking the Ionian Sea.
Additional events are also planned at Isola Bella, the famous nature reserve considered one of the symbols of Taormina.
Applications for the use of both locations have been submitted to the Naxos Taormina Archaeological Park, while Dolce & Gabbana has already requested the reservation of the dates through the Fondazione Taormina, which will collaborate in organizing the event.
Around 500 Exclusive Guests from Across the Globe
According to the official communication signed by Carolina Dotti, approximately 500 invited guests from around the world are expected to attend, alongside representatives of local institutions.
More than 50 journalists from leading international media outlets will cover the event, providing worldwide exposure to every stage of the celebration.
The initiative aims to showcase Taormina’s extraordinary artistic, architectural, cultural, and natural heritage to a global audience.
